One day this week it was time to return to the apartment but we had like 10 min left so we decided to knock a couple more doors. Nobody was answering, it had been a long day and we were both tired but we decided to clap at one last house. Thats when this dude Carlos came out. We were able to have a quick lesson with him right then and then invite him to go with us on Saturday to an activity in the chapel that we recently started. Saturday came and he and his girlfriend went to the activity with us and had a super great time. Then afterwards we were talking with him and he said "yeah I'm atheist, tons of different religions and people have knocked on my door but I've never accepted them but when you guys came it was different, I don't know why but it just felt right."
This experience really strengthened my testimony that when we talk with people in the street or knock on their doors it's not our words that convince them but the Spirit. It is so cool to be able to see his testimony of God grow little by little.
Love you guys tons! Thanks for everything.
